This ingredient has wide application in the food industry and can be used in the manufacture of supplyable fillings., milk cream, dairy and soy drinks, coconut milk, ice creams, sauces, grated cheese, extruded snacks, cakes and cookies.
Microcel® also acts as a diluent, binder and compression agent, being widely used in the manufacture of tablets, capsules and oral solids in general. It is a material of natural origin and safe for consumption, being inert and chemically stable. Can be used in both direct compression, as well as in dry and wet granulation processes.
