Erythritol is a low-intensity sweetener, from the polyol family, found in many fruits and other foods. It has approximately 6% of calories from common sugar and approximately 70% of its sweet power.
It is an excellent alternative for reducing sugar in various foods, as it has no residual flavors, it has a very low caloric value. Does not raise the glycemic index, being permitted for diabetics and does not contribute to the formation of cavities.
We work with different meshes (granulations) so that it best applies to each final product.
