Tovani Benzaquen participates in FIPAN 2019 with innovative ingredients for the Confectionery and Bakery sectors

 

Tovani Benzaquen was present at FIPAN 2019, largest bakery and confectionery fair in Latin America and one of the main events for food service operators that took place between 23 e 26 July at Expo Center Norte.

 

Promoted by SAMPAPÃO, acronym that brings together the Bakery and Confectionery Entities of São Paulo, currently the largest employer entity in the world, FIPAN's main characteristic is the execution and functionality of business during its execution, becoming a leader in owner visits, directors and managers.

 

FIPAN is open to all types of bakery and confectionery professionals, including managers, bakery directors and owners, confectionery, restaurants, pizzerias, buffets, cafeterias and many other establishments linked to the production and sale of food.

 

The fair, which has already brought together more than 65 thousand Brazilian and foreign visitors, brings to professionals in the bakery and confectionery sector several new features, trends and activities presented by suppliers that are linked to the knowledge and development of this sector such as commercial automation, new machines and equipment, raw material, supplies, packaging, accessories in general and final products.

Apple cake

 

Emul Pastry 16: Efficient instant emulsifier-aerator for cakes. 100% vegetal, zero trans and does not contain soy derivatives.
