In the days 24/05 e 25/05, Let's participate in the NIS – Nutri Ingredients Summit, an event about ingredients, innovation and technology, focusing on healthiness, functional and nutraceuticals.

It was a pleasure for us to meet partners and customers at our stand!

 

We take advantage of this moment to bring some news to the sector.

 

Additionally, we participate in NIS Free Content, in which our technical manager, Attila Corral, presented the topic: desafios in DRC 429/20: Innovative and personalized solutions for your development.

  • Savory Biscuit with reduced sodium and lactose free: developed to allow increased production yield, reduction of cookie losses, avoiding breakages and increasing acceptance of sensory parameters.

We use lactose-free parmesan cheese powder (LFL-Lactofreeline) from our partner Lactosan and potassium chloride with a patented process from Nutek Salt.

  • Vegan Sausage: ideal for the flexitarian public and for those looking for an alternative to animal protein.

It was developed with the association of our isolated pea protein (Nutralys® F85F) and textured (Nutralys® T70S) and Rocket.

 

To help with the emulsion, we use or Benecel™ MX from our partner Ashland, and FruitMax® Red 104 WSP, a vegetable concentrate to add color, and Otter.

 

 

Carefully combined to deliver more energy, disposition and increase in muscle volume.

 

Contributes to skin improvement, nails and hair.

 

  • Mobility Boost Flex: Specially designed to promote movement health, contains collagen in its composition for the health of tendons and ligaments (Tendoforte®Gelita) combined with high molecular weight hyaluronic acid (Haplex® Plus 1000-1500 kDa) is methylsulfonyl methane (OptiMSM®).
